Meet Legend! Legend came to us as a rescue from a severely neglected situation. When he arrived, he was underweight, matted, and extremely scared and unsure of the world around him. With rehabilitation, patience, and lots of love, he made a huge transformation and became a sweet, affectionate, and loving dog.

Training & Background: Legend started his journey in our service dog program and was introduced to basic obedience, including (but can be very stubborn): Sit Down Stay Recall He walks very nicely on leash and responds well to structure and guidance.

Temperament & Behavior: Legend is a very sweet and gentle dog who gets along great with other dogs. He can take a little bit of time to fully attach to a person, but once he bonds, he becomes extremely loving and loyal to his human.

Career Change Info: Legend was ultimately career changed because he lacked motivation for work. While he behaves well and has a good temperament, he prefers companionship and connection over working tasks and training expectations.

Why Legend? Legend has overcome a very difficult beginning and deserves a patient, loving home where he can continue gaining confidence and simply enjoy life. He is a wonderful companion with a soft personality and a lot of love to give.
