Meet Fresca!
Fresca is a loving, happy, very high-energy Golden/Lab mix with a bright personality and tons of enthusiasm for life. She loves being around people, staying busy, playing, training, and being involved in whatever is going on.
She is an affectionate girl with a lot of personality and would be a wonderful match for someone looking for an active companion.

She has also had public access training and is comfortable working and being out in different environments.
Fresca was originally part of our service dog program but was ultimately career changed due to her outward focus and very high energy level, which made her less suited for the consistency required for service work.
Temperament & Behavior
Fresca is incredibly loving and affectionate, but she is definitely a high-energy girl. She loves to run, play, train, and stay active. When she gets excited, she can also be a little jumpy, so her future family should be prepared to continue reinforcing calm greetings and keeping all four paws on the ground.
She isn't a dog looking for a completely laid-back lifestyle. She will do best with a family that can provide her with regular exercise, play, structure, and continued training. Once she has had an outlet for all that energy, she is also very happy to settle down and cuddle with her people.
Fresca does well in a crate and gets along great with other dogs.
